ACCOMMODATION & PRICES
This meeting will take place in the Focus Lodz hotel in Lodz arranged in a post-factory building. The hotel offers excellent conditions for such kind of meetings and special prices for our group:
- Double room: 200 PLN / night (~50 EUR)
- Double room for single use: 170 PLN / night (~42,5 EUR)
In the price are included breakfast, free Wi-Fi, sauna, mini fitness, car parking.
Buffet lunch (10 persons min.) in hotel restaurant (three courses+ beverages, two menus for choice) for 45 PLN/person (~10 EUR).
All the above prices are with taxes included.
The accommodation should be directly booked by the participants to the hotel via e-mail or telephone, indicating the reference [Cost Action 1201 Meeting] in order to be included in the offer. For this purpose, 35 rooms will be blocked until the end of July. The hotel will keep the special offer to the accompanying persons and those who want to stay longer time in Lodz. Cancellations until the end of July are possible without penalty.

As we will start the scientific program on Wednesday 9th early in the morning, you are encouraged to arrive to Lodz on Tuesday 8th. Please, remind that you have to book the hotel and travel by yourself and will be reimbursed by Europe.
